Badlands Wolf Rig- Process Work

This rig was built using Maya and Unreal Engine 5 Control Rig for my senior group game development class winter 2023. I converted what I would normally rig in Maya into Control Rig format using the blueprint system. The rigging works fine, but there were problems with the animation editor in Unreal not storing keys correctly, and slowing down significantly compared to the same setup in Maya. Unreal 5 had just released at the time, and Control Rig had many bugs to work out and a lack of documentation, but this was still a fun project to learn from.

The rig has moveable foot pivots, eye tracking, quadruped IK, stretchy spine with sub controls, full face controls, and many sub controls for the extra limbs.
